In light of World Arthritis Day I thought I'd remind everyone about the dictation tools available on your phones and computers. iPhones and iPads have a microphone button in the keyboard normally beside the space - try pressing it and dictate your message and then press the keyboard button to return to the keyboard. You also have the ability of saying "Hey Siri send a message" and then she will ask you to dictate what you want in the message. If you are in your computer and on Microsoft Word you will find a Dictate button on the Home menu bar click on it to start (wait for the red dot to appear) and then click it off when you are finished. Dictation recognition has come a long way, give it a try and save your fingers!

Would you like to be able to view a master list – of client activities, or client support queries – and then have a sheet in excel for each of the clients. You can do this with Microsoft Excel by linking the data with Microsoft Query. The steps to follow in Excel 2007 or later are (the screenshots are from Excel Office 365):
Create all the workbook sheets that you need – your master list and the individual client sheets. In the Master List page put the column headings you want and a couple of lines of sample data so you can see this working.
