About your presenter
Nici is a self-proclaimed software nerd with an addiction to learning. With a background in tech, teaching and customer service she is able to explain SEO and Social Media in simple terms, and now has over 10000 followers on the different platforms and has spoken on SEO internationally. With some of her posts reaching over 200K people and over 300K views of her YouTube videos.
After 20 years in the corporate arena working for a superannuation software company, she climbed to the top levels of management. Experiencing company growth from 4 staff to over 500, company takeovers, venture capital investment and finally company sale.
But then Nici realised that it was time for a new challenge, preferring the smaller company culture, being hands-on and pivotal in a small business’s success. So Nici branched out to create her own digital marketing company helping to simplify social media, search engine optimisation (SEO) and digital advertising for small businesses. She helps businesses with over the shoulder help, done for you packages, DIY courses.
And to balance out her life she is an avid seascape and marine animal painter.
