Objectives

Manly Harbour Gallery is both an online and physical art gallery, specialising on Brisbane Local Artists.

Physical gallery with an online shop which had to ramp up quickly after Covid came into play. First aim was to show up in Google 3 pack and then increase traffic. Only ranking keyword initially was their brand name. Contracted for initial project, now over 12 months and continuing as their product range has expanded and they are now adding more online options. Also assisted with strategy on social media channels.

Update Aim to become visible in Google with use of digital government grant. Contracted for initial project and 6 months work.

The Strategy

Update There were a number of aims:

Focussing the keywords on the right ones.
Setting up the Google My Business and helping them to move up in that area.
Website mobile responsiveness was put in place during the process and suggestions were made for improvements.
Localised pages were added to the website.
A strategic blog plan was organised and the first couple of blogs were put in place.

Results

First win – Within 1 month started to show in the Google 3 pack around their area in 1st place. And their best sales month ever.
