When Siri mispronounces your name, immediately tell her, “That’s not how you say that”. Siri will ask you to pronounce it and then she will offer you some choices to confirm she gets it right.
Or you can spell it out phonetically for her. Go to your contacts details in the Contacts app, press Edit in the top right, scroll to the bottom and click on Add Field. Then chose to add a Phonetic First Name or Phonetic Last Name. Once it is there spell your name phonetically and save it.
