Put your emergency information in place now, it would be too late when you really need it! To set it up go to the Health App, tap Medical ID down the bottom and then Edit. Enter your emergency contacts and health information like your birth date, height, and blood type. Make sure you turn on Show When Locked to make your Medical ID available on the Lock screen. Then press Done to save it.
Find someone in a medical emergency, then check their phone for theirmedical and emergency details. To do it press the Home button. Tap Emergency. On the Emergency call screen, you can make a call or tap Medical ID to see emergency medical information stored on the device. On an Apple Watch, press and hold the side button and slide the medical ID choice to the right.
