Getting Notifications on a Facebook post that you no longer want to be part of the conversation. Then opt out from getting those notifications by going to the post and click on the three dots in the top right of it, and then choose the turn off notifications option. Be careful not to unfollow as that means you won’t get any further posts from that person (not just notifications from that one post). Then enjoy the silence.
